On July 1, 2019, most in-Mail TCs (including TS and instructors) began purchasing AHA CPR and ECC training equipment directly from AHA. AHA customers can now order print media, videos, e-books, eLearning, Anytime CPR kits and more via a new website and green number. Students and others can also order from the new eCommerce site. ShopCPR customer service by phone: 1-888-CPR-LINE (277-5463); Available Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m.m – 6:00 p.m.m, Central Time Email: ShopCPR@email.ShopCPR.Heart.org. Tc manages files and documentation for all course activities for oriented course facilitators. You`ll find the forms below in the AHAInstructorNetwork (opens a new window). After renewal, the ECC Quality and Compliance Team will conduct regular audits to ensure that each TC meets its contractual obligations. All CHTs should comply with the terms of the agreement and the AHA guidelines set out in the WFP. The network of course facilitators provides the course identification number required for end-of-course cards. All course principals must have only one course leader ID number. The AHA does not find a fee for courses offered by TCs or instructors.
It is the responsibility of the TC and/or the instructor to determine the fees to be charged for their courses, if any, and to ensure that their billing practices are in compliance with applicable legislation. The AHA recommends that TCs have written guidance agreements to ensure that course facilitators meet all requirements. This may include, among other things, the signing of a contract by trainers, but it is not limited to that. At least each TC is responsible for instructor registrations and should not be sent to individual course facilitators. Only a CBT (or any other authorized TCC representative designated by the CBT) can use the confidential security identifier to order eCards or end-of-course cards for authorized disciplines. The CBT must keep this security identifier confidential. CBT has the ultimate responsibility to the AHA for the security ID. CbT must immediately notify the ECC Customer Support Centre at firstname.lastname@example.org or 877-242-4277 if the security ID is suspected of being lost, stolen, disclosed or used without authorization.
